Power of Attorney

Who needs a Power of Attorney?  You do!  Everyone needs to designate someone who can act on their behalf should accident or illness occur.  Most of us think POAs are designed only for older adults who may become unable to make decisions because of injury or illness.  Sadly, we are all susceptible to being in this position.

Imagine you are in a car accident and are hospitalized.  Or you are in a medically induced coma to aid in your healing.  It is the first of the month and your rent or mortgage payment is due.  You always intended to get around to doing online banking with bill pay but it just hasn’t happened.  You still write checks for your bills every month.  Who is going to pay your rent?

Contact us today so we can draft the necessary documents to prepare you for any eventuality.
